Jay-Z is one of the richest moguls in the music business today, but his first business was much less legal. When he was just Sean Carter, he started selling any drug that he could get his hands on, from marijuana to crack cocaine. He credits dealing drugs with teaching him the basics of finance and budgeting. Luckily, he put those skills to much better use later in life.
